Sexton Advisory Group, a growing, values-based financial advisory practice in Temecula CA, is seeking a Paraplanner.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in prepping for client appointments and reviews to include generating computer reports.
-Frequent interaction with clients, financial advisor, and outside agencies and firms.
-Analyze investment and insurance statements.
-Facilitate the processing of insurance policies from application to delivery.

Qualifications:
-Careful attention to detail; ability to track multiple projects/tasks.
-Strong communication, time management and organizational skills are required.
-Friendly, people-oriented person.
-Sensitivity when interacting with clients and confidential information.
-Maitains a professional appearance.
-Self-starter and self-motivated.
-Positive can-do attitude.
-One that initiates solutions rather than simply reacts to problems.
-4 year college degree highly preferred.
-Financial Services and Insurance experienced preferred.
-Securities registrations and California Life and Health Insurance license a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
